The Trebuchet was designed as a partner for the Centurion. Where the Centurion was primarily medium to short range design, the Trebuchet fills the role of a long range support 'Mech.

Description The TBT-3C is the original Star League model. Two LRM 15s are equipped with Artemis IV FCS, giving the 'Mech increased accuracy. Ammunition is also double relative to the later -5N design. An additional Medium Laser increases its ability to continue in the fight once the LRMs run dry. The advanced technologies used in the design were lost after the fall of the Star League and the onset of the Succession Wars which resulted in the downgraded -5N design being produced.
