The Timber Wolf is a second generation OmniMech and spearheaded the first Clan invasion of the Inner Sphere. With good speed and a good blend of missiles and energy weapons, it has proven itself over most other heavy BattleMechs. Many consider the Timber Wolf the undisputed "Jack of all trades" heavy mech with a wide variety of useful loadouts and configurations. It however excels at and is a very potent brawler with the right selection of omni pods.
The TBR-Prime has a mixed loadout featuring lasers in the arms, LRMs for range, and a mixture of machine guns and a pulse laser for when things get close and personal.
