Overview

The -3C departs from the normal close range loadout common to most other Cicada models in favor of adding a long range PPC. Two Machine Guns provide close range defense.

Strengths

• Hard-hitting PPC.
• Can engage at longer distances.
• Good Speed.

Weaknesses

• The PPC must be replaced with an ER PPC to make use of the excellent quirks.
• Light Armor.
• No arm mounted Weapons, less manuverable.
• Inside the range of the PPC, the only weapons are a pair of machine guns.
